Courier delivery is available by arrangement. The delivery charge is confirmed before the order is finalised and is not included in a “Price on Request” amount unless specifically stated.

Every order is confirmed personally before payment or dispatch. We’ll agree the delivery or collection option, timing and any courier cost with you first.

01Send the enquiryChoose your lures in the Cart and send your details. No online payment is taken.
02We confirm the orderJohan confirms availability, custom details, final price, production time and fulfilment.
03Dispatch or collectDelivery cost, courier timing or collection details are agreed before finalisation.
Made-to-order takes the time it takes to do it properly.
Handmade and custom-painted lures require production time. An expected completion date will be confirmed after the specifications, colours and current workload have been reviewed.
See the workmanship →If something is genuinely wrong, tell us promptly.
If a lure arrives damaged, incorrect or with a genuine workmanship concern, contact Da Vat Hy Lures promptly with photographs and the enquiry reference.
Normal handmade variation, fishing wear, hook damage, snag loss and misuse are not workmanship defects.
